"Order was mostly right"
My order from Wilson Bros Gardens was mostly right, but one of the plants wasn’t the size I literally picked when I ordered. Everything else matched and was labeled fine, so it wasn’t a bad experience overall. Just a little annoying since I made sure to check the details before buying. I’d probably order from them again, but hopefully they pay a bit closer attention next time.

"Had to Be Careful Waiting on Support"
I reached out because I needed help, but it took a few days to get a reply. I get that things can be busy, but when I’m dealing with an issue, I like to make sure I’m covered and not left hanging. The slow response made me a bit cautious about relying on them when something is time-sensitive.

"Better than I expected overall"
I was expecting the plants to be smaller, so I was pleasantly surprised when they showed up healthy and a good size. One of the pots was a little messy on arrival, which wasn’t ideal, but the roots looked strong and the plant settled in just fine. Overall, happy with what I got

I ordered a few plants because my sister had mentioned this shop before, and one of mine ended up having an issue. I reached out to them and they did take care of the refund, which I appreciated. The replacement just took longer to show up than I expected, and their replies were a bit slow. Not a terrible experience, but not exactly great either

I’ll give wilsonbrosgardens.com credit, the site itself was easy to get around, and I found the plants I was looking for without having to click through a million pages. Everything loaded fine, the info looked clear, and checkout was simple. That said, I did come away feeling a little misled because the whole process seemed so straightforward that I expected no surprises. It wasn’t a huge hassle, but it definitely left me feeling like things weren’t quite as clear as they first appeared.

They do have a decent number of plants to choose from, but I feel kind of stupid for trusting that they’d have the basic ones I was looking for. A few common plants I wanted weren’t available, which was disappointing. The selection isn’t terrible, just not as impressive as I expected.

Ordering was simple, and the plants showed up looking good with no issues. Overall, I’m happy with the experience and would probably buy from here again. Since everything went smoothly, I’d definitely appreciate a little discount or credit for a future order if they offer that.

"Packed way better than I expected"
I ordered a couple of shrubs from Wilson Bros Gardens the packaging was much better than I expected. The pots were wrapped up really well, and there was hardly any loose soil in the box when I opened it.
The only small thing was that one of the plants looked a little tired from the trip, but that’s normal with shipping. Overall, you can tell they took their time packing everything, the branches were intact, and the box held up fine. I’m happy with the order

I ordered a couple of shrubs, the care instructions that came with them were actually useful. Like, they weren’t confusing or overly complicated, which I really appreciated. I liked the extra tips about watering and where to plant them, because, you know, I’m not exactly amazing at gardening. The plants showed up healthy too, so overall it just made everything a lot easier for me.

The plants came in healthy overall. One of them had a few yellow leaves, which I noticed right away, though it wasn’t a huge deal. I was half expecting at least one to be a little stressed from shipping anyway
